My mom went in because she was told her vehicle's battery could be changed and her insurance covered it. When she went, it turns out everything she was told was a lie. The agency was still able to get her a new battery, but we did not appreciate her getting lied to and getting her excited about services she supposedly qualified for when she didn't. She was already going through a rough time with her vehicle giving her issues, which caused a lot of problems. She didn't need to get lied to as well. Rude. Look, if you can offer a service, that's fantastic. But don't say it with so much confidence that you end up looking like a fool when your information is wrong and your customer is understandably upset. That's not cool. More
