I took my pilot in on 3 different occasions within a week time. The 1st two visits were not to my liking. The amount of time I spent there was the longest days ever. I understand the process andntime it takes but....No one set the time expectation no one followed up or checked on me to let me know how long it was going to take. And I had an appointment. I was there so long in the 1st 2 visits I could have test driven a car financed it and driven off the lot in a new pilot!! It wasn't until the 3rd visit when I was handed over to "express" that I received excellent service and feed back. I felt Valued as a repeat customer. My time and money were Valued. As a Loyal Honda owner and service customer i have no problem looking elsewhere for vehicles and service. I have purchased 3 pilots 3 accords (clark) and recently an hrv (at gillman) thank you for allowing me to offer feedback. Sales and express service are grt. Service is not so good. Sorry. More
