I have no complaints on the work performed . My Honda /Pilot is running very good and no signs of problems. What I was bit upset was that no updates were sent to me . If they would've just given me a courtesy call to let me know the status of the parts. But, I kept seeing my unit parked out in the lot just sitting there.. I know you're all very busy and have a lot of work pending . But it only takes a few minutes to let the customer know the status of his vehicle. Personnel wise everyone was very courteous . Brought in for tire and rim rep. Was told it would be ready in 2 days in the morning. Did not receive a call. We called three times. Once arriving the windshield crack was larger.
