David was our finance guy and he’s super chill and understanding of what we’re looking for as far as budget. He’s patient and takes the time to explain all the numbers. My mom went in because she was told her vehicle's battery could be changed and her insurance covered it. When she went, it turns out everything she was told was a lie. The insurance she has did not cover the could be changed and her insurance covered it. When she went, it turns out everything she was told was a lie. The insurance she has did not cover the new battery and these people got her hopes up. We are not satisfied with the service because she was given false information. The agency was still able to get her a new battery, but we did not appreciate her getting lied to and getting her excited about services she supposedly qualified for when she didn't. She was already going through a rough time with her vehicle giving her issues, which caused a lot of problems. She didn't need to get lied to as well. Rude. Look, if you can offer a service, that's fantastic. But don't say it with so much confidence that you end up looking like a fool when your information is wrong and your customer is understandably upset. That's not cool. More
