We purchased two trucks spent $170,000, left the dealership and realized that the windows were not tinted that we paid for.. I called 14 times, emailed eight different managers, also tried to contac dealership and realized that the windows were not tinted that we paid for.. I called 14 times, emailed eight different managers, also tried to contact the owners of the dealerships with zero response. It was a very simple question that someone, anybody, could have answered: how do I handle the window tint? Since I live three hours away and three hours back . I wasn’t gonna drive up . How Do you wanna reimburse me or not? Absolutely zero return phone calls or emails. I just don’t understand. I really hate complaining. but something this simple just baffled my mind More
