My first and only experience at this dealership wasn’t a good one. After I had given specific instructions on where to locate the wheel lock in the vehicle’s trunk so they can complete the tire rotation, I good one. The tech had also went into my glove compartment and moved everything I had there. When the vehicle was returned to me I found the wheel lock still attached to one of the wheels bolts. If I had not checked, I would have lost my wheel lock. More
