We dealt with Mike Jones for our most recent service experience at Classic with one of our fleet trucks and it could not have been any better. His communication was top notch, and he followed through o experience at Classic with one of our fleet trucks and it could not have been any better. His communication was top notch, and he followed through on our repairs to ensure they were completed on schedule (and they actually finished ahead of schedule!). The truck had to be towed in, and he was able to ensure the tow was covered under the extended warranty plan without any hassle or stress. What could have been a potentially trying experience was completely the opposite and we credit Mike's caring and attention to the customer with making the experience such a good one. More
