Was met with a smile and a firm handshake from Mr. Hoth who introduced me to Mr. Sanchez, who was equally courteous and eager to help. They kept every promise they made and kept me posted every step of the way. Service was completed before the estimated time I was given, which goes to what you and I were talking about: under promising and over serving.
