This dealership discriminates against women! When I showed up for my appointment with a woman salesperson (a bot from online I am sure) she was busy as most bots are; so they tried to pawn me of When I showed up for my appointment with a woman salesperson (a bot from online I am sure) she was busy as most bots are; so they tried to pawn me off on a male salesperson . When I told the receptionist I preferred a woman, the male salesperson told me "that's discriminatory"! I replied to him"my money- my choice". That's the most positive comment I have for this dealership. I had a 2023 Camaro I purchased from them that had LoJack on it, however they told me I had Viper and the car had a Viper sticker on it. It was stolen Dec. 24, 2023 ! Then I find out if I would have purchased multiple years for LoJack and my car got stolen, they would have credited me $10,000 towards a new vehicle. It was stolen 13 days past that year date. So not only did they tell me I had the wrong anti-theft device when I bought the car, or about the multiple year protection option, they would not honor the $10,000 towards a replacement vehicle because it ran out on 12/10/23(which I learned about yesterday)! So I was supposed to have my electrical issues fixed yesterday but stopped in to speak to a sales manager about my issues with the car. He sat there with a smirk and told me "he wasn't the person responsible for the problems with my car or purchase"! I reminded him he was a representative of the company. Finally he tells me my issues are above him so I waited for his supervisor. He was useless and I got the runaround from him. So I left and went to the Service dept. and they did not have a record of my appointment nor a loaner car! Shocker I know! So while I was waiting for the Service manager to come back, I called TG (from the sales dept.) he tells me , he has no control over the service dept. so he is not sure what he can do to help, but call him back and let him know about the service department! I was so upset I had to leave! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! RUN!!! Buy a FORD! More
