The service center was run very well. The folks were professional and I really appreciated that they kept me up to date with the progress. Rick, the service director took a ride with me The folks were professional and I really appreciated that they kept me up to date with the progress. Rick, the service director took a ride with me in my truck and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. And Sanchez did a great job of walking me through the entire process, including a seamless transition to the rental car department. I really appreciate the work that Classic Elite Chevrolet does to be intentional and keep the customer as the top priority. More

Totally unhappy. We had been there at the dealership for a long time and Christian Martinez trick me. I was supposed to be the co-signer and not buyer. I stupidly We had been there at the dealership for a long time and Christian Martinez trick me. I was supposed to be the co-signer and not buyer. I stupidly signed without paying attention to what I was signing. He only told me I would need to have title in my name, but not to be buyer. He even have me living with my daughter address, which is a lie. I tried calling him many different times on the price of truck supposed to be $24,000 and not $28,470 but never would return my calls.
