Truck was in the shop for almost 3 months repairing an exhaust leak. Upon return of the truck it was completely filthy inside and out. Given that it is an Enterprise fleet truck they did at least servic exhaust leak. Upon return of the truck it was completely filthy inside and out. Given that it is an Enterprise fleet truck they did at least service it and change the oil filters etc ($$'s for them). But one would think after 3 months they'd at least detail the truck and ensure my hands and butt weren't black from grease post picking the truck up! More
I love this dealership. Always take my vehicles there and have bought two vehicles from there. But in this last go round where I brought in my Tahoe there were several codes Always take my vehicles there and have bought two vehicles from there. But in this last go round where I brought in my Tahoe there were several codes that came up with one being a misfire. Vehicle was with them for almost 2 weeks and was told I just needed a new battery. Got a battery and 2 months later, the misfire code is coming back up. Not to mention I had to pay them over $400 for getting a loaner vehicle which I have never had to do so that was unexpected and ended up paying $700 total. Definitely not happy. More
