Absolutely horrible experience. The ONLY thing positive about this transaction was the salesman, Oscar. He was a pleasure to work with and I truly apologize to him for this review but it has to be said. They rushed the sale on us big time. We could have got into a much nicer truck for the same money but they kept pushing my wife on the overpriced "blue one" (custom model) with absolutely zero options/addons/technology. We could have easily been in a nice RST at the same price. They did do a decent job on the trade value but sucker you into their "extras" package that is "required". I told them that was not going to happen and we got them to take half of that off. This isn't the Classic Sugar land I bought 5 cars from int he past and we will NEVER be back. I even called them the next day to see if I had 3 days to cancel and unfortunately I did not (or so they told me). My wife does like the truck, but wanted some options she didn't get. The dealership is an absolute JOKE! I bought my High Country from Mak Haik the week after we got this one and let me tell you... it was THE BEST experience I've ever had at a Chevy dealer. GO TO MAK HAIK... you won't be sorry. They got me in a beautiful band new High Country 4X4 and knocked it out of the park on my trade as well. To Classic Elite Chevy... if you want to make this right and get us into the RST we wanted and take this Custom back. Call me. David Simmons... you know my number. More
