After a 4 HOUR drive, I found the car was NOT even on the lot. They said they would deliver it, so I completed the purchase, but what should have been a short trip in to finalize a deal turned in to a 7 hour deal to close out all paperwork. 3)NO contact after. Won't cancel warranty in the 30 day limit (had to go to warranty companies). Won't return more than 20 messages. Won't apply the refund from the tire road hazard (warning, it has so many limitations and is only for current tires, don't buy it!!) so now my loan is charging me interest while they (dealership) has my money. Pick a different dealership. This one won't talk to you once they have your money. More

Customer service is great. Your pricing on the other hand was a jolt I was not expecting. In a year in a half, your oil change went up almost 30%.
