My experience with Marvin was very positive. He explained everything to me regarding my vehicle and he checked on me frequently to see if I had additional questions regarding my purchase. My overall interaction with sales was AWESOME! In contrast, my experience with the Finance department was negatively noteworthy. The financing agent named Mike (from Jerusalem) caused me to doubt my finance agreement. Mike's performance and lack of integrity were regrettably UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT! He did not explain the additional itemized cost at the end of the agreement...AT ALL! More

However my husband called and told the person he talked to that we were coming from Mississippi to look at a particular suburban and he was assured that it was on the lot. When we got there we were told it wasn’t there and was in fact “in transit” so the woman he spoke to told us it was there just to get us to come in. That was upsetting since we drove 7 hours to look at that car. That needs to be fixed More
