Communicating with Kristen is simple and enjoyable. She responds quickly and is very informative. She's very knowledgeable with the Chevrolet brand and explains things very well. She also has a great working relationship with other sales associates and the members in the finance department. One thing that I like about Kristen is that she isn't pushy and she lets you talk, listens to what your needs are, what you are looking for and takes that into consideration.
