*EDIT Sept. 2025: The suburban I bought from Sugar Land lasted 27 days and 1,200 Miles. It's been with the GM Service department for now 45 days and counting. Mu 2025: The suburban I bought from Sugar Land lasted 27 days and 1,200 Miles. It's been with the GM Service department for now 45 days and counting. Multiple diagnoses, multiple parts back orders. Absolute nightmare scenario. Dimitri was good to work with, but do yourself a favor and don't buy GM. Original Post: Dimitri was excellent to work with. Upfront and straight forward throughout the process. Highly recommend. More
