The service I received during the several weeks that followed my purchase was the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. First, the good. This place has the best inventory in the Houston area. The salesperson I worked with was friendly and helpful. The buying experience was good. Now, the bad. As part of the deal, I negotiated two accessories - a spray-in bed liner and a bed cover. I was very specific about the type of bed cover I wanted. My salesperson informed me that the bed cover was ready, and I brought the truck in to have both the spray-in bed liner and cover installed. I don't live close, so this took an entire day. I was at the dealership for 6 hours, and after the bed liner was completed, I was informed that the bed cover was not available and that I'd have to come back for that. Annoying, yes, but I was agreeable. Before leaving, I confirmed with my salesperson that the correct bed cover was ordered, and it wasn't. Upon ordering the correct cover, they requested that I pay part of the price of the correct cover. I refused since this was already a negotiated part of the deal. They agreed and we arranged for another date to get the cover installed. I called prior to the second attempt to install the cover to ensure the part was in. I was informed that “it should be in,” which didn’t instill confidence. On the day of the second scheduled installation, I called prior to leaving to ensure the part was in. I called several times and was informed each time that my salesperson was with a client and would return my call. Eventually, I asked to speak with the sales manager and then, magically, my salesperson called me and informed me that he wasn’t in and just woke up. It was 10:30AM and I had already rearranged this entire day to accommodate (again, I live far away). Turns out, the part was never ordered. I’ll skip some details and go to my third attempt to get the cover installed. I worked directly with a service rep this time and bypassed the salesperson. Upon arrival, the service rep confirmed the part…it was not the correct part. I was told they could get the correct part in “within an hour or two.” So, I hung around all day, but the part never came, and I had to leave. After a discussion with the salesperson, it turns out there was a breakdown in communication between the sales and parts departments, and the cover was actually there. The entire ordeal could have been avoided with a simple phone call on the part of my salesperson. The cover, eventually, was installed on the fourth attempt six weeks after the purchase date. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t stop with the sales or service departments. I was shocked when I received my first bill and noticed the balance was a full $10,241 more than the purchase price of the vehicle (including TTL). In retrospect, the finance guy I worked with (who is no longer there), had me sign several times using an electronic pad, but he never turned his computer screen to show me what I was signing, he only informed me verbally. The financing benefits he told me I was getting were, in fact, over $10K worth of service plans and gap coverage. Never once was I informed that these plans were being sold. I asked about it, but I was informed that this was simply a benefit of financing. 3 months later, I still haven't received the over $10K that I'm owed. I’m on the other side of this, now, but let my experience serve as a warning to others – Classic Chevrolet Sugarland employs deceitful practices. To be fair, I did encounter some honest folks who seemed genuine (the service rep I worked with was understanding, apologetic, and helpful), but the plurality of the experience dissuades me from ever doing business there again. I removed the Classic Chevrolet sticker and license plate holders. More

Scheduled a service for my Malibu 2018 as it was not stopping / starting properly. Reached Classsic Elite and greeted by Gilbert Galven.
