when appointments are made one week in advance why does the vehicle have to stay over night for the next day to be slotted for repairs and evaluated. I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership and when don kerstetter owned it I was given his personal number to text/call him if I needed help. These people it just goes in one ear and out the other side. I had to call to get an update and for the most part I was told that they would call me back. I would not recommend this dealership until they fix this problem and issues REALLY You need to fix this More
