The service writer I dealt with was not personable and not very customer service oriented. I got a ride up there to drop my truck on Thursday morning. He did ask if I needed a ride back - I said my wife not very customer service oriented. I got a ride up there to drop my truck on Thursday morning. He did ask if I needed a ride back - I said my wife was at an office next door so I will ride home with her. Thursday evening he leaves a message to call him. I call Friday morning and left message. I get a text from 281 number telling me to text back in 832 number. I couldn’t figure it out. So THATS FRUSTRATING. Then I get a text —-i’t’s gonna be $1000 to start’ WHAT?!?!? $1000 to start ?? You charging me $180 to tell me what’s wrong with my truck and that’s what I get??? I went to auto parts store and they scanned my truck and told me 3 codes were on and that was for FREE!!! So I pick it up and decline the work and that really sets him off! And I was happy to get his goat!! I pay for my OVERPRICED SERVICE AND to add insult to injury THEY CHARGED ME 3% MORE for credit card fees!! Wow! What a hoax. I guess there’s the reason why your dealership has changed names several times over the years! More
The two services guys that I have worked with didn’t not keep me informed about my car. I had to call them to find out what was going on. And I asked them ( both of them)) on different occasions when my ca keep me informed about my car. I had to call them to find out what was going on. And I asked them ( both of them)) on different occasions when my car was there to get me a estimate on some bodywork I want to have done. And neither on of them had it done when I came to pick up my cat. I asked for it at the service window and was told it was there. On this last service visit my car was there for 3 days before I could not pick it up because Because you guys close at 6:00 and I get off at 6:00. So on my next off day I can’t to pick it up t find out it had not been to the body shop at all so my car just sat in the back and he didn’t get it done. An to make matters worse I drove my car yesterday and it is still doing the same thing I bought it to you for that the service men said they didn’t feel or that was no code showing but I have a passenger in the car and they couldn’t feel it too. So know I am really unhappy with the service I received. Now for the first time my vehicle was serviced while the service guy was test driving my vehicle a Rock it my windshield and he told my service guy and wrote it up and I am thankful that that person was honest and did he job correctly. But my service guy did not! I had to call him to find out my car was done and when I got there I saw him leaving for the day and I went to pick up my car at the service counter they took care of me gave me a car wash, so when I got my car it was still wet so I pulled out and dried it off. Got in to leave and looked down at my window shield and saw the crack so I turned around took it back only to be told that they were unsure if it happened while my car was there because on the paperwork they had it didn’t say anything about that. So I had to call my service guy on the next morning and I didn’t and he told me “He forgot to tell me about the window shield when I spoke to him on the phone before picking up my car. So on the next day when I called him he stated he forgot to tell me and it was written up on my paperwork. But it wasn’t written on the paperwork I received when I picked it up. So he tried to apologize for forgetting to tell me but I really felt like he wanted me to have not notice the damage on the day I picked it up and if I would have seen it a day or two later he could have blamed me. And to make matters worse it took him a week to get a windshield for my car and I had to take a day off to bring it in. It was fixed but not because my service guy was honest and upfront with me about my car, I have not had good service at your dealership. I have had excellent customer service from the lady’s at the payment window and from the courtesy driver you have. Both of them are very nice and friendly . So now I have to find out what is going on with my vehicle cause your guys don’t find anything and the reason I feel like they didn’t find anything wrong because my car is under warranty and they won’t be making any money off me. So they couldn’t find anything. But I know some is wrong it is doing the same thing it did when you replaced one of the spark plug and I noticed the automatic shut off is not working either. So to top it all off my car is still not fixed and it was at your dealership for days. I am not going to name these guys by name if you want to know who they are I want to see if you are going to do the work and find out your self. And see if there is any follow up from this survey and upper management. I am unhappy with your service department at this point maybe you can fix it. The hope that other are receiving better service then I got. More
