I use my Truck for my business. I left my truck at the service center for more than two weeks. I had to contact my service advisor, Eric to get an update after the second week witho I left my truck at the service center for more than two weeks. I had to contact my service advisor, Eric to get an update after the second week without hearing from him. After paying $1900 dollars for service and a dual battery change, I drove the truck off of the pot and approximately 2 miles from the dealership the truck began to sputter. I then drove it back, they said they had to do a system flush while I waited. They proceeded to do the flush, they brought the truck back to me and I drove away again. I traveled approximately the same distance with the same results. I returned to the service department and I was told I'd have to leave it so they could do a more thorough vacuuming of the system. It's been an entire week again and I haven't heard anything from them. I am very displeased with the service I have received. More
