I have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY impressed with Classic since purchasing my Tahoe last May & picking it up in November, so much that I drive from Montgomery. Got there & no one knew I was coming. Ended up with a service guy helping me that really didn't know what he was doing. Everytime I asked a question, he had to leave & come back with an answer. Some questions he just said he didn't know. I was not impressed at all. After coming home & looking at my receipt, I noticed I didn't receive my $30 discount from my coupon. I called 2 days ago & had to leave a message with the cashier's office. As of today, I STILL HAVE NOT received a call back. Very disappointing. More

I had a terrible experience with this dealership’s service. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon. However the car was not even looked at until Wednesday. It took me calling several times to finally get a response of “they just started looking at it.” It then took almost another full day for them to finish the vehicle. Even then I had to call to keep getting updates. This was the poorest communication I have received. It also took almost a full week to get my car back after making a reservation. What is the point of making a reservation if the car won’t even be looked at for another two days. On top of that I was not given a rental vehicle because the dealership did not have any. I had to go to a car rental place and rent a car for three days personally in addition to the expense of getting my car fixed. More
