I have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY impressed with Classic since purchasing my Tahoe last May & picking it up in November, so much that I drive from Montgomery. I called & made an appt to have my oil changed. Got purchasing my Tahoe last May & picking it up in November, so much that I drive from Montgomery. I called & made an appt to have my oil changed. Got there & no one knew I was coming. Ended up with a service guy helping me that really didn't know what he was doing. Everytime I asked a question, he had to leave & come back with an answer. Some questions he just said he didn't know. I was not impressed at all. After coming home & looking at my receipt, I noticed I didn't receive my $30 discount from my coupon. I called 2 days ago & had to leave a message with the cashier's office. As of today, I STILL HAVE NOT received a call back. Very disappointing. More
