Very friendly staff, informative and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my Pickup. My Pickup was finished in the timely manner and the cashier was very cheerful at checkout. I brought my car in on a busy Saturday, at 11am and the waiting room was almost full. John Smith handled my service and told me it would be 2-3 hours at the most, so I took the shuttle home, getting home a waiting room was almost full.
