Before arrival I was pre-approved, then at classic Chevy, I was told to meet this person for my transaction, they switched it. Ok. Then to began process they say they can see paperwork but can't obta Chevy, I was told to meet this person for my transaction, they switched it. Ok. Then to began process they say they can see paperwork but can't obtain it so I had to have fill out information again. That was probably to get me through the door. Next we settle on price,of what I want, I picked 3 cars which all by one mysteriously sold last night, but ok. Next they try to put me in a car that I repeatedly told them that I didn't want multiple times. Yes my options were limited to poor credit history. My thing is that you trying to make a sell, I get that, but your also not listening to your customers of what they want, their valuable time by sitting there for hour's. This is want turned me off at Nissan by your listening and urging other products, now Chevy has disappointed me so this will be the last vehicle I ever look at from them. The sales guy handled his business but in the end not a great experience. X More

Juan, sales, was great! Finance was excellent. Service dept was less than impressive. I had to bring my car back the day after I bought to finish setting up OnStar. Whe Finance was excellent. Service dept was less than impressive. I had to bring my car back the day after I bought to finish setting up OnStar. When I drove the car home I noticed there was a service light on in the car. When I came back the next morning I alerted Juan. He very promptly took the car to the service department. I also asked if he could have them put the front license plate bracket on. He returned very quickly, I thought, that is amazing service. Well he returned so quickly because the service department declined to do the things he n a car that I had just bought from you less than 24 hours earlier. I was told they would take care of it when I brought it in for regular service appointments. Well that was crap! Won’t be referring anyone or having my regular service done at your dealership. More
