Sat for a long time before someone came to ask if I needed help. I was the only vehicle in the drive until I got skipped on an appointment drive up. Waited longer. All the technicians were walking around joking or sitting at their desks. The female tech came out. Acted like she didn't want to be there. Then it was another person had to call me up to pay, the original tech couldn't even talk to me on progress on my vehicle or recommendations. This is the 2nd time dealing with this employee technician. No smile, no hello how are you, no nothing. Only personable employee was the cashier and operator lady answering phone. More
