He listened to what I wanted, cared about what I was saying and made it happen. He was professional, yet made the experience actually fun. I enjoyed my entire time there. Still Waiting To Hear... & incorrect Customer Information Initial service for Starter issues. Two recalls were addressed in the same visit. Still waiting to hear status of 3rd recall part (drivers side airbag Initial service for Starter issues. Two recalls were addressed in the same visit. Still waiting to hear status of 3rd recall part (drivers side airbag). When paying out one person stated the recall part was on backorder, while another said they had just ordered it. ? The Incorrect vehicle information was recorded. Mileage incorrect by about 20k miles. Not sure how that was overlooked. Wrong customer name, address, etc. More
