I have taken my vehicle in for multiple issues since I purchased it. I think besides the recall for the passenger detection system and replacing the F5 module in the infotainment system 3 times, not one i purchased it. My most recent visit had the same results. Not one of the three things i took it in for was identified or fixed. Today, I noted 2 of the 3 items still act exactly the way they did when I scheduled the appointment. Problems. More

Frustrated that I was recommended to buy a $499 battery on my last two service visits, but I didn't because I wasn't having any issues with my battery. This time my battery was tested and the suggestion f on my last two service visits, but I didn't because I wasn't having any issues with my battery. This time my battery was tested and the suggestion for a new battery was removed and I was told that there were no notes on the paperwork regarding needing a new battery. That's a lot of money that I didn't have to pay for something that wasn't needed. The rest of the service was done in a descent amount of time and I was treated well. More
