Everything is OK except the pricing. When I scheduled the service, the representative didn't provide a quote and only disclosed an estimate upon drop-off. I was told the total would be $495 for an engine oil change, wheel alignment, and tyre rotation. I had no choice but to accept, as I was dropping my car off in the morning and my colleague was waiting outside to give me a lift to work. It's ridiculous to charge $299.95 for an alignment. I feel like I've been scammed, and I will never use this service again. More
