I emailed General Manager Roland Lynn, the Service Manager, and the Service Advisor. It has been over two months, and not one of them has responded. No phone call. No email. No follow-up. That’s called ghosting a customer. My 2023 Nissan Rogue has been through a blown engine, transmission mounts replaced twice, motor mounts replaced, fuel injectors replaced, multiple recalls, and approximately 45 days in the shop. Right before my family moved from Texas to Pennsylvania, Clay Cooley replaced the fuel injectors. We picked the vehicle up, drove across the country, and the very next day after arriving in Pittsburgh, the power steering rack failed. After everything this vehicle has been through, I reached out to dealership management looking for answers and accountability. Instead, I got silence. What makes this even worse is that I now live in Pennsylvania. I can’t just drive back to the dealership and walk into someone’s office. Email and phone calls were my only way of contacting management, and they chose not to respond. I still have every email. A dealership doesn’t have to have all the answers, but completely ignoring a customer after a blown engine, repeated repairs, recalls, and thousands of dollars in expenses is unacceptable. The vehicle has been a nightmare, but being ignored by management after everything that happened tells me exactly how much Clay Cooley values its customers after the sale. More
