Their website is very complete, user friendly and well laid out. They have lots of pictures of the vehicles and a good description of the car's features. Every call or e-mail was responded to quickly and completely. Their showroom is clean and orderly. Staff are polite and professionally dressed. When we saw the car, it was exactly as described. Mark was just a pleasure to talk with and he patiently answered all of our questions. Mike in Finance was very polite. He said he couldn't give us a lower APR, but I guess I have to believe him! Over the years, as we have travelled with my job, I have purchased cars in OH, IL, IN, VA and now we live in OK. There is no question that this is the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
