Dave was able to walk me through the stock of Imprezas they had. During the test drive he showed us the features of a car and was able to steer me toward my new vehicle. He was even able to support my crazy schedule by showing up during his day off to deliver my car to me. Overall I had a great and very easy experience! More

Mike, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions; first car salesmen I've met that is truly genuine and informative (without being condescending), he even made the whole thing fun! I never felt a "hard sell" or the old "bait and switch" you get at some dealers. I've had some bad experiences buying a car esp being a woman. Mike was respectful, courteous and helpful in my search. The initial car I was looking at had sold (President's wkend) so Mike showed me many options, trims, and price points. During the finance/paperwork process (the part I hate the most!) Joe was fantastic! He took the time to explain each item, went above and beyond to research my options & make recommendations without the hard sell. And despite him being really sick that day he still made it all quick and easy, I walked out of there very happy and love my new Subaru! Thanks guys!! More

He didn't try to hardsell us anything for everything was already settled with Allison beforehand. Mike was accommodating in our special request of having a license plate with no unlucky numbers.
