Giving 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Take your money ANYWHERE other than Clement Ford! I leased an F150 in 2020 and loved the truck so much, I decided to buy it this year. Feb 28, we Take your money ANYWHERE other than Clement Ford! I leased an F150 in 2020 and loved the truck so much, I decided to buy it this year. Feb 28, we called from the dealer to get the payoff and create the purchase loan. I was given a 60 day temp tag so I had time to receive the title and i could go pay sales tax and get my license plates. 60 days later, my tags are now EXPIRED, I've never received a title, AND I now have a 60 day LATE PAYMENT on my lease because Clement didn't settle it WHILE I'm making payments on my truck loan! I've tried my salesman, who's no longer there, left messages for their Finance guy AND the General Manager, with NO RESPONSES! So I am driving illegally thanks to them, and my credit has been ruined because they couldn't handle the paperwork. BUY FROM LITERALLY ANY OTHER DEALER!! You've been warned! More

Worst Ford service department I have ever been to. They don’t stand by their word or their work. And on top of it basically call you a liar. As if I could make up a whole elaborate story of what I was They don’t stand by their word or their work. And on top of it basically call you a liar. As if I could make up a whole elaborate story of what I was told on the phone. Will never take my Bronco back there again. So disappointed as I loved our previous Ford dealership on WA. Do not go here. You will regret it. Was talked down to like I was an idiot. Clearly they don’t care about repeat costumers. More

The ABSOLUTE WORST! !!!! It is almost 5 months and my car is still not legal because of this dealership! Finally got a title 4 months later but the title manager put 459, !!!! It is almost 5 months and my car is still not legal because of this dealership! Finally got a title 4 months later but the title manager put 459,000 miles on the back of the titles instead of 45900. So DMV would not license the vehicle. I call and the title manager hung up on me. Mike and Kevin NEVER return calls! More
