We bought a really nice low mileage used 2017 Caddilac XT5 that was previously leased. Dale Rotenberger is our Salesman. Dale is a very nice and caring individual. We traded in a 2013 fully loaded dealer maintained Lincoln MKZ. They gave us a good price for our trade in. Jeff in finance was great in finding us a lender with a good interest rate. The next day we got the vehicle it threw a p0455 code and check engine light. Ashley Gartner in Service Dept. showed knowledge and got our Caddilac into Bommarito Caddilac to have software updates for a P0455 code when the usual pressure tests were good but the code remained. It's fixed now. I never would have guessed software causing that but it did. Hyundai has had enormous growth from great new high quality vehicles in every category. The dealership looks like it is overfilled with used vehicles from trade in because of the great Hyundai models and stimulus money and low interest rates With all this growth though there needs to be more training of sales and service to effectively manage all the small pieces that make a great customer experience. We had to come back a few more times and place more phone calls than we would have liked due to things missed and how crazy busy it was. Everyone was really nice but some can use use some help in becoming better organized. They also need to hire more people and get a new larger lot at another location because Hyundai growth isn't slowing down anytime soon, minus the chip shortages, of course. More
