My email and phone conversations with Susan Mendelson Hall were so pleasant and informative that I decided to come to Clinton Honda instead of going to the many Honda dealerships closer to my home. Susan answered all of my questions in a kind and courteous manner, and assured me that the folks at Clinton Honda would be able to offer me a fair price on a new 2012 Pilot and make my monthly payments affordable. Susan encouraged me to get what I needed in a car and did not try to sell me something more than I could afford. When I arrived at Clinton Honda, and met Susan in person, she handed me off to Bob Westervelt. Susan told Bob that I wanted a 2012 Pilot EXL, and Bob jumped into action. We went on a great test drive, where I decided the Pilot was definitely the vehicle for me. After that, Bob worked up the total cost of the vehicle and engaged Tony to work out the financing. Tony called several banks to get the best financing for me. He even got me a lower rate than advertised after negotiating with the bank. Tony encouraged me to get an extended warrenty and gap coverage, which I did. I wanted a black Pilot, and that was not in stock the day I came in. Bob located the car and had it delivered to the dealership. Bob went the extra mile and came to pick me up from my house, as I didn't have a trade in. The Pilot was immaculate when I picked it up and the floor mats, cargo tray and wheel locks I ordered were in the Pilot and it was freshly cleaned. All in all, I had a great exerience with Clinton Honda and would enthusiatically recommend it to friends and family. More
