First, Mike gave my husband a great deal over the phone and this alleviated the stress of negotiating a price. Then, when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Joe immediately showed us the Odyssey, which was already parked at the parking lot and explained all the new features it has. He then showed us around and introduced us to Judy. She not only advised us on all the options we had, but provided us with great information. I had a great experience renewing my Honda Accord lease with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgr with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgrade to a new Honda Accord, and somewhat to my surprise, I drove home a new Accord at the same monthly payment as my previous lease. Joe really went the extra mile to make this work, including helping me move everything I had in the old car to the new one -- a considerable feat! The whole process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. It's great service and the willingness to meet the customer's needs that builds brand and dealer loyalty -- and Joe provided both in spades. At the end of this lease, I'll certainly be returning to Clinton Honda to begin a new one. More
