When additional repairs were identified, Jude worked tirelessly alongside mechanic Rob to get the necessary repairs approved through the warranty company. The process involved endless requests for pictures and videos, but Jude never stopped advocating for me. I genuinely felt that he had my back and that my best interests mattered to him. What makes Jude so special is that he doesn’t make you feel like just another customer. He is kind, patient, personable, and genuinely cares about the people he helps. He is also a fantastic listener and went out of his way to make an otherwise stressful situation so much easier. And the little finishing touch? Jude and Rob put Clinton Honda license plate covers on my HR-V and added a dealership sticker when the repairs were completed. I initially brought my 2016 Honda Accord in for service while dealing with ongoing issues that eventually led to a diagnosis of needing a new engine. I was understandably upset, but Rob took nearly 30 minutes out of his day to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and help me understand my options. He was incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic. His advice helped me make an informed decision, and the car ran so much better after the smaller repairs he recommended. When I ultimately decided to purchase a different vehicle, a 2019 Honda HR-V, through Carvana, I reached out to Jude. Both he and Rob went above and beyond to help me navigate the buying process. After everything I had experienced with my Accord, I was nervous about purchasing another used vehicle. Jude recommended a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection, which gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. The inspection revealed some maintenance needs and additional repairs that required warranty approval. Let me tell you, Rob and Jude went to BAT for me! Joe Vizzi was my salesman. He was able to put me in a new CRV lease with the same residual payment should I want to buy it at lease end.
