We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time; a used Nissan Murano and a 2012 Honda Fit. Our salesperson was Judy Meier. We met with Nelson Neria (the Sale Manager) on Saturday who told us that we would be "in and out in 45 minutes to an hour". My husband left work during his lunch hour for our appointment @ 12 noon on Monday and we didn't get out until close to 2 PM. This was due to the fact that there was only one finance person available (Ralph Spinoza) to handle the closing paperwork. The people ahead of us had arrived late for their appointment and we had to wait until their deal was finalized. We realize that this was NOT a refection on Judy or Ralph who were very professional and great to deal with. They both did everything they could to move things along (including having my husband leave earlier to get back to work). We were NOT financing either vehicle since we paid cash so having to wait as long as we did got a bit frustrating. From a staffing perspective, there should be more than one person trained & available to close out deals. More

This is the best dealership I have dealt with and I will always come back. There is another Honda dealership right near our home, however it is well worth the 25 minute drive to get to Clinton Honda not on always come back. Bill was very helpful in my purchase of the new crv. It took some time as the 2011 model I wanted could not be found. Bill made good by offering the 2012 model for the same price.
