I could not be happier with my new car. I originally went to Scott Dysart in hopes of finding a used car. He showed me a variety of used civics and accords, which I test drove. After the test drive he did not pressure me into a purchase of a new or used vehicle that day. He told me to think about the cars and call him when I made a decision. He was very accommodating when I asked to go on a second test drive. I then made my decision to buy the 2012 Honda Civic with Navigation. I did not feel pressured at all and was very happy with the friendly service from all of the Honda staff, especially with Scott Dysart. He extended himself concerning servicing my vehicle in the future should it be necessary since I live at least 30 miles from the dealership.
