Many years ago I bought my first new car from Clinton Honda and always had it serviced at the dealership. I've never been disappointed with their courtesy and customer service. So far I think the car was very good value for the money but I was a bit dissappointed on how long it took to get out of the dealership (2.5 hours) and that I requested that they revacuum the interior and t but I was a bit dissappointed on how long it took to get out of the dealership (2.5 hours) and that I requested that they revacuum the interior and the sales associate got rough and asked me "mame do you want the car." I think he also made false promises that the car would be waxed with a heavy wax and buffer when in reality it was just a spray wax. In addition he said the dealership puts a new inspection sticker on for a year which was pure fabrication. Aside from the car seems good so far ( 1day) and I think the pricing was very good. Sean was a nice person but seems to frustrate very easily. I am not sure if this is because I am female, but I have experienced this in the past with businessmen. I hope they realize that I am a professional business owner and once I find a good place I always stick with them. Thanks. More

My husband and I saw the great end-of-year sales for Honda’s so we stopped in one Saturday and were lucky enough to meet the salesperson, Charlie Bippart. I wanted to take advantage of the sale and tak Honda’s so we stopped in one Saturday and were lucky enough to meet the salesperson, Charlie Bippart. I wanted to take advantage of the sale and take a look. We already knew of Honda’s quality and reliability since my brother and his two daughters have Pilots, my husband had 2006 Pilot, and my sister is leasing a CR-V, which I really like. I found a CR-V of my dreams, and since the sales were so good, we asked Charlie what kind of deal would we get if we traded in our Pilot too. Well, the Pilot deal was as good as or better than the CR-V deal so we signed on the dotted line. The following week we were on vacation, and while we were away, Charlie tracked down a Pilot that had everything my husband wanted. He even came in days he had off to make it convenient for our schedules. I don’t think you get that kind of customer service anywhere else. I was looking for a car for my son and Joshua recommended the Civic. My son loves the Civic and the gas milage. I travel to see my son who plays soccer for his college and the navigation system takes me to all the colleges he plays at! I never get lost! I trust Clinton Honda and I will never buy anywhere else.
