I contacted Clinton Honda via their web site about a year-end special lease on a 2011 Accord to see if I could upgrade from my Civic while lowering my lease payment and putting down very little. Tom responded via e-mail (and called) and we corresponded via email while I was enjoying time at the park with my family. He quickly answered my questions about increasing the mileage on the lease and gave me a price that I could then discuss with my wife. She agreed and we stopped in that day, Tom put us with Mike Wasik, and Mike showed me the Accord EX that I asked about and also showed me the Accord SE with leather seats (a cheaper car by the way). We went for a test drive up hills, around corners etc. We came back and he confirmed the two prices for the two models and confirmed that I could end my lease a year early. It was just up to me to decide which one I liked better. Mike was very easygoing and even helped distract my tired and hungry little kids with his own Ipod games. No pressure, which seems to be the norm at Clinton Honda. I signed a contract that day and agreed to turn in my Civic two days later and pick up the Accord. I was never hassled to add options or upgrade. There was no "closer" or sales manager coming in to pressure me. The only upsell was the finance guy who tries to sell additional waurrantees, but he took "no" from me and we moved on. The car was ready to go and I left. More

At first Steve seemed very young to me but he was pleasant. Then he proved his knowledge of the cars and their differences. I was impressed and stayed with him. I was never pressured but made to feel comfortable from the moment I sat down with Charles till the moment I left. He was very thourough and forthcoming with all information concerning the vehicle I was i the moment I sat down with Charles till the moment I left. I was never pressured and I never felt like I was playing a game - "negotiating" was done right at his desk, I could see the computer screen throughout, and the process took no time.
