Hello, into today's environment there are many times comments made when things go wrong, but I want to comment on something that went well. On 6/17 my engine light came on around 1:30 pm. I called Clinton Honda and spoke to Deborah Greenaway and asked if I can bring my car in to be looked at. Even though the service department was busy, she said sure. I conveniently set up in the area where I could continue to work and she very quickly advised the issue for the car and recommended it not be driven to not cause further damage as the fuel injectors needed to be replaced which were not in stock. There were no longer loaner cards so a very nice gentleman by the name of Don who does shuttle service drove me home. My car was completed by around 12:30 pm on 6/18 and Don picked me up from my residence and drove me back to the dealer. Even though we don't want something wrong with the car, it was great to know that there was superb customer service. Thank you Deborah, Don and service team at Clinton Honda in Annadale More

Clinton Honda has been an honest dealership to work with. Every service rep has provided suggested services, but never pushy. I expected my Honda Accord with this oil change and routine maintenance check t Every service rep has provided suggested services, but never pushy. I expected my Honda Accord with this oil change and routine maintenance check to have a clean bill of health since I went to an independent mechanic for maintenance six months earlier. It is nice to have two separate mechanics find my car in good working order. I do not believe Clinton Honda would sell unnecessary work or push optional services. The price for an oil change is still a great value compared to Honda dealers in Morris and Union counties. More
