I don’t have all day Not good. All I wanted was an oil change and an inspection. I did not think I would have to wait 3 hours. After an hour and half I saw my car in fro Not good. All I wanted was an oil change and an inspection. I did not think I would have to wait 3 hours. After an hour and half I saw my car in front of the express door. They hadn’t done anything to that point. But still had to wait another hour or longer to get it done. Then the bill was incorrect and that had to be fixed. Most disappointing was watching all the people come and go from the waiting room. I have been dealing with this dealership for 20 years and this is my worst experience with them. I still recommended them only because I hope this was just an exception. More
