I was purchasing a vehicle and lived 3hr away and I was from out of state. When I called, the staff were wonderful. We were able to complete most items over the phone. They offered additional packages, related to warranty, interior/exterior application to help with wear, and others but never once tried to push these onto the customer. No hidden “add ons. The price they listed was what I paid(+the obvious fees for tax, title,doc fees, etc.) Hands down this was the best experience I have had at a dealership! Will definitely give them top consideration on my next purchase(even if it was a 6hr round trip drive for me—traded in my other vehicle so I am sure we could have done it all electronically had I not traded.)
