Above and Beyond!!! We had rode by the dealership on a Sunday while they were closed just to see what they had. We found one we were visually pleased with. On Monday, I w We had rode by the dealership on a Sunday while they were closed just to see what they had. We found one we were visually pleased with. On Monday, I went in to dealership, I wasn’t sure where to park. Adam Gonzalez, showed me where to park and walked me inside. I told Adam what car I was interested in, to my surprise he did not show me a other cars, he took me right to the one I wanted. Not once did he try to change my mind!! He showed me all the bells and whistles the cars had that I was interested in. When I was waiting for the bank to call me back, I had to go to the doctor. While I was at my doctor’s appointment, Adam text to check on me. I was able to return to the dealership after my appointment, close on my new car!!!! Adam made it such a smooth transaction. He also text me the next morning to check on me!!! I would recommend Kia of Wilmington and Adam to all my friends and family!!!! More
