Brought Kia in for recall service. Took an hour for the courtesy shuttle to take me off site. It was really nice once it did. Pick up was quick too. Only complaint is - they did the recall service, but I came in with the SRS light on & left with it still on. Dealership said what they thought the problem might be but didn’t do anything to fix it. Coastal Kia service dept appt went very well. I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it would take. Exactly to the minute, they were finished, reported their findings and i was on my way. What a pleasant experience with a service dept! More

The work done is fine, but the waiting area WIFI is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! I have to take time to go to the service center and usually spend my time working while waiting on my car. The internet is SO BA COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! I have to take time to go to the service center and usually spend my time working while waiting on my car. The internet is SO BAD (it seems like it only gives you access for 3 seconds at a time, causing pretty much ANY remote work to come to a grinding halt, if you can even get started!). Next time I'll ask to be shuttled to a Starbucks! More
