I decided to make my service appointments for whenever I would be in Wilmington visiting. This last appointment for an oil change at Coastal Kia was just as I remembered. Every person I met was so friendly and welcoming. They stick to appointment times and provide reasonable expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable if waiting for your vehicle. This service department is a model of how dealership service departments should be run. They truly value their customers, and it shows. More

We were just looking to get a feel for what options were available on a Kia Soul for my daughter Caitlyn. Kevin West listened to what we said and then he showed us what was on the lot that met our needs. My 17 year old daughter found the "one". We spoke very candidly about where we were and wanted to be and there was NO back and forth. He showed us what the bottom line was and we couldn't turn it down. Then Haywood helped find the right extras we needed at a price that was right! I can not tell you just how wonderful of an experience we had at this dearlership. You ask and you won’t receive I don’t like writing these types of reviews, but when I asked for a very simple thing (them to clean my front seats from the last service) and it wasn I don’t like writing these types of reviews, but when I asked for a very simple thing (them to clean my front seats from the last service) and it wasn’t done after my oil change and tire rotation, I’m furious. They ruined my tan seats with grease and grim from fixing a recall and didn’t clean my seats after... so unhappy and very disappointed. Something so simple, and I will not be going back. More

Great and friendly service Bob Tomlinson, Assistant Service Manager, met me at my car when I pulled in and addressed me by name. Great start. He then found out why my tire pressure gauge was lit up-a screw was sticking out of my tire. Unfortunately it was not in a place that could be repaired so I had to purchase a new tire. The waiting area was very comfortable and Bob kept me informed as to the progress of my repair. And then they washed my car! Over-all an excellent experience. More
