Thankful for fitting me in! I came in on Black Friday in the afternoon sometime after 1 pm with no appointment and explained the issue to the service department . Realizing it was a busy holiday weekend I stated I would be in town until Sunday and could pick up my car on Saturday if necessary. Unfortunately I don't remember the person's name but he was very friendly and stated they would take a look at the car and give me a call back. By about 4:45 pm Friday afternoon Coastal Kia was calling to let me know my car was ready to be picked up and they were able to fix the problem. I was truly thankful and always have a great experience. More

Came in to have engine diagnostic s run in response to seeing "check engine light" on for two days. Diagnostics discovered no major issues. He kept me informed as to the status of the work and we concluded the paperwork as soon as the car was ready. I was pleased with John's service. Overall good service department staff, but seemed expensive for the value returned. More

Great service Came in with a slight pulling so I thought I needed an alignment. Luckily, I didn't. With the temperature change, my tire sensors were triggered. Oil leak I am from Maryland but the oil smell was too strong to ignore so I made an appointment to have the car examined for a possible oil leak . None was found but the engine had oil spilled on it from an oil change done at a Kia deaker in Laurel Maryland, The oil was cleaned off odd the parts where the oil was cleaned off and a loose bolt was put back where it belonged. Every one was we dealt wit while waiting for the work to be done were very respectful and considerate. Sam Weisman provided excellent service and kept us advised of what had to be done to the car. More
