Awesome Dealership For Service I have brought my 2013 Kia Optima to Coastal Kia several times now. And each time they treat me like I have been there for years. It doesn't matter I have brought my 2013 Kia Optima to Coastal Kia several times now. And each time they treat me like I have been there for years. It doesn't matter that I bought my car up North, they treat me with respect and I could not be happier. Sam is one of the friendliest guys I have met. I just love this dealership. I would love to be in the market for a new car, but just being retired and on a fixed income I don't think it will be possible. I love my Optima and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned and trust me I have had a lot of cars in my lifetime. LOL Thank you Coastal Kia !!!!! More

warranty service Appoint time was set and no waiting. Was out in a reasonable time. Had oil change, tire rotation, warranty check and fuel system clean. My Car Would Not Start My car would light up but it wouldn't start. So I brought my car in to Coastal Kia for service. It was a Saturday so I was so glad they were open and willing to work me in along with my Aunt whose car also would not start until she got a charge on her battery.
