It’s all l I don’t understand why my car didn’t get washed. I was busy looking at another new car and they locked the door and turned off the lights. Oil change Came in for an oil change and everything from start to finish was great. Especially liked that fact that my car even received a bath... Excellent service dept. Took just as long as they said. When I got to the dealership for my service, I was told it would take 2 hours and it took almost exactly that long. Headlights We originally brought our Kia in because the lights were going off when we would turn on the high beam lights. It ended up being a short in the switch We originally brought our Kia in because the lights were going off when we would turn on the high beam lights. It ended up being a short in the switch which was replaced while we waited and under warranty. That night we had no lights which ended up both of the headlights for some reason were burned out and Kia replaced them for us at no charge and washed the car. Thank you Howard!! More

They stand by their brand! Have been bringing my Kia for service to Coastal since 2013/14. Majority of my service appts have been with Bob. My husband and son have dealt mostly Have been bringing my Kia for service to Coastal since 2013/14. Majority of my service appts have been with Bob. My husband and son have dealt mostly with Sam. Only met Howard this past time. Never an issue with getting appts, Bob is always polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explains in terms I can understand and recommends needed service for the future. Have had several issues with the car that were covered under warranty/recall and he set up a rental for me. Because Kia stands by their product, my hubby and son purchased Kias also. We are now a 3 Kia family!! More
