Shockingly Unparalleled Service I purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul from another retailer and it was delivered unsafe to drive due to a non-disclosed electrical defect. Coastal Kia (and I purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul from another retailer and it was delivered unsafe to drive due to a non-disclosed electrical defect. Coastal Kia (and specifically Sam) stepped into my chaotic situation and immediately began putting everything in place. They were able to find the issue, advocate with my warranty company, get me connected with temporary transportation, kept me updated during the entire process, and remained patient with me during changes in my schedule. Truthfully, I never had to worry about a thing because they took care of all of it and they have earned a lifetime customer with their amazing service from start to finish! More

Would of preferred an estimate I think the people who work here are nice. However this a good example why people don't trust the dealership to do maintenance on their vehicles. I wish someone would have at least given me an estimate of what my service cost would be. I realize 60,000 mile vehicle maintenance is expensive but I was not prepared for a $440 bill. More
