Bob Tomlin was great to let me know, priority wise, what needed, could be and should be done. I even think that was Mr. Pat Koballa who said good morning and asked if I needed anything while in the waiting room. Bob Tomlin also let me know that the courtesy shuttle service was available. Meeting the driver, Kelly Meadows was a genuinely positive experience. I very much enjoyed our conversation about the Air Force and bases we were stationed at and so much more! Bob Tomlin said Patrick was the mechanic, though I didn't meet him, I am grateful for his hard work and ensuring my car is in safe condition for my drive across the country next month. Since I bought my car from Coastal Kia over two years ago, I have always been happy with their service and I will miss it when I move to the west coast. More

A testament to the service team at the counter but also the crew in the bays was the appearance of a Cadillac that drove up for service when my wife and I brought in our 2013 Soul.
