Piece of molding was coming off of passenger window 1st class service from Bob as usual. Pulled up thinking I would have to order the part and return another day to have it installed. took three hours to do oil change, inspection and plug tire Even though i made an appt and told it would take 1 1/2 hours to do service, it took three hours and never received a call that tire needed to be plug Even though i made an appt and told it would take 1 1/2 hours to do service, it took three hours and never received a call that tire needed to be plugged until I showed up to get car. Why did I make an appt? ProLube would have taken 30 minutes. Needless to say, I wasted an entire afternoon there when it should have taken much less time More
