They texted me yesterday after I left the shop to tell me that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. I texted back to ask what happened, and as of 18 HOURS LATER, I have texted them back 4 times to that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. I texted back to ask what happened, and as of 18 HOURS LATER, I have texted them back 4 times to ask what is going on, and NO REPLY. I am pissed!! Why would they text me that they didn't finish work on my car, and then not let me know what's going on? I am afraid to drive my car because I don't know if it's safe. If you read this and reply, DO NOT CALL ME. I HAVE NO VOICE TO TALK ON THE PHONE. Someone needs to text me and let me know why service was not completed on my vehicle. More

After service my car key was put on table where no one was attending. I have to wait for at least 30-40 mins even after car was out after service was done.
