I came in for oil change. After all the customers that came in AFTER me left. After 90 minutes I asked the status of my car, they said they would check, my service person was After all the customers that came in AFTER me left. After 90 minutes I asked the status of my car, they said they would check, my service person was gone. 20 minutes later no one came so I went outside and saw my car parked and finished. I asked why no one came for me. All they could say was that they were sorry. I wanted to get filters changed but no one came to tell me WHICH filters were needed. I brought this up and was told ‘we can get those changed for you’. I responded ‘I’ve been here over 2 hours for an oil change. I can’t wait any longer and I wasn’t told if I even needed them changed.” Very disappointed-this is the only place I’ve ever taken my car even though there are places closer to my home. Service is usually great but not this time. More

I like the level of service but some of the employees inside seem disconnected especially at the cashier. Service is amazing. Lot is small, and the inventory is ok. Its strange I can go to Toyota.com and price a vehicle and its in some cases $20K more in the lot. I am not interested in paying dealer fees, give me a better price. More
